You're walking distance to Nashville's hottest bars, live music and loads of restaurants. You are a short ride to Broadway (5 min), 12 South, The Gulch, +more. If you are looking for a luxury hotel accommodation, then you may want to look elsewhere, but if you are looking for an authentic Nashville experience on Historic Music Row, then this is the place for you!

Walk out your front door right onto Music Row (16th + 17th Ave) and find yourself strolling past some of the greatest history Nashville has to offer – RCA Studio B, Bobby's Idle Hour, ASCAP, Curb Records, BMI, Big Machine Records… and more! Don't forget your camera - chances are you'll pass by some famous faces too! It's not uncommon to see artists and songwriters hanging out on Music Row + Midtown at all hours in this town.
